In Jharkhand, in collaboration with the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (JSDMS), we have successfully trained more than 9,000 individuals in rural areas, including Bokaro, Dhanbad, Tundi, Topchanchi, Ranchi, Chaibasa, Chandrapura, Godda, Lohardaga, Dumka, and Giridih.

 These training programs have prepared participants for various job roles, such as: Customer Care Executive (Call Center), Smart Phone Assembly Technician, Electrician Domestic Solutions, Field Technician-AC, General Duty Assistant, Solar Panel Installation Technician, Food and Beverage Service Associate etc.

Block Level Institute for Rural Skill Acquisition (BIRSA):

Focuses on grassroots-level skill development.

Employability Excellence with College Education and Learning (EXCEL):

Integrates skill development with higher education.

Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra (DDUKK) - Mega Skill Centre:

Establishes large-scale skill centers for extensive training programs.

Provides state-of-the-art facilities and comprehensive training modules.

Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojna (MMSY):

A state-level initiative for skill development and employment.

Focuses on creating job-ready youth through practical and theoretical training.
