Through the practical classes offered and the hands-on teachings given to the students, it helped them better understand a topic through first-hand experience. Laboratory, experiments, study trips, projects, assignments, and other forms of practical work were carried out.

Theory classes were provided to the trainees as theory helps us analyse and explain what we see and figure out how to bring about change. It also allows us to identify a problem and diagnose a solution.
