Project Overview

Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel (AM/NS), in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), has entrusted Mosaic with implementing the "Daksh - Digital Skilling Project" in Hazira, Surat, Gujarat.  We aim to provide educational and basic literacy learning opportunities to the youth, help them develop the necessary skill sets, support the eradication of unemployment, foster talent and prepare candidates for self-employment and jobs across industries.

The initiative aims to enhance skills in the roles of Domestic Data Entry Operator and Domestic IT Helpdesk Attendant, targeting 200 beneficiaries collectively.

After consultation with AMNS nodal officials, we have established our training centers at Hazira, Damka and Jungam villages, ensuring active engagement with neighbouring communities including Mora, Junagaon, Suvali, Bhatlai, Vanswa and Kawas villages. Our engagement with these communities allows us to create the awareness necessary for building strong rapport, trust and cooperation and enrolling candidates for the skilling program. These centers have also helped us become accessible to youth who face challenges due to long distances, limited transportation, opportunities and connectivity. Equipped with the necessary tools and resources to ensure effective training delivery, Mosaic training centers offer high-quality training to the youth, equipping them with skills that enhance their employability and open doors to better job opportunities.
