ONGOING PROJECTS
Special Armed Forces (SAF) Training Program
The project aims at providing training primarily to dependents/ family members of Special Armed Forces (SAF) staff and other candidates mobilized from the vicinity. This project will be carried out in the premise situated at the residential block of Special Armed Force (SAF).
Objective
- In order to achieve the skill mission of India, active participation is needed from all sphere
- Since special projects are a part of PMKVY, the target set is benefitting 10 million youth. To achieve this target many such projects would be required
- To balance & fill the gap of industry needs by providing people with required skill sets
- Eradicate unemployment and increasing livelihood through self-employment & other opportunities
- Extra income for such candidate’s family.
Rationale
- Help of central government bodies to such special projects will give credibility, enhancing more participation
- To balance the skill gap of proposed job roles related industries
- Educate and inform these beneficiaries about the skill ecosystem who can in turn promote skilling by referring their friends, acquaintances, neighbours etc.
- Through this people will be motivated to go for self-employment & other job opportunities.
The target beneficiaries are the family members of the SAF staff living at the SAF residence. The project will also mobilize from the nearby areas of the residence in order to cover major population. The job roles proposed in the project has also been taken after consulting the beneficiaries so that majority of them can benefit from this project.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Training Program
The project aims at providing training primarily to dependents/ family members of CBI staff and other candidates mobilized from the vicinity. This project will be carried out in the premise situated at the residential block of CBI.

Women and Child Welfare department
The project aims at training the juvenile identified by the Women and Child Welfare department in the state of Uttar Pradesh. These identified candidates will undergo training in the proposed job roles. The job roles have been selected as per the skill gap study and these job roles are suitable for selected candidates. Proposed job roles are from sectors Logistics, IT/ITeS, Tourism & Hospitality and Retail.
Why special projects?
This project falls under special project as the training is being done for the candidates identified by a government department and at a premise of government institution.
Targeted beneficiaries
Target beneficiaries are candidates who fall under juvenile crime act or victims of crimes identified by Women & child welfare department. The skill training will make these candidates job ready and employable thus aligning them with mainstream society. Geographic area includes Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Kanpur, Allahabad and Varanasi.
Training Centre
Training centres are the infrastructure provided by the Women & Child welfare Department in the districts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Varanasi, Kanpur and Allahabad.

Delhi Police – YUVA Initiative
‘YUVA’ is an initiative by Delhi Police, it aims to connect with youth by upgrading their skill as per their competencies. This will help the youth to get a gainful employment under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana under the Ministry of Skill Development.
The ‘YUVA’ initiative aims to connect with youth by upgrading their skill as per their competencies. It helps the youth to get gainful employment under PMKVY. It also plays an important role in building up confidence and faith of youths in police organization.
The project aims at providing training primarily to Delhi Police’s identified restless youth under YUVA initiative in North East District of Delhi State. Candidates from surrounding localities can also take advantage from this program.

- To divert the destructive energy of these identified restless youth towards more constructive work
- A target set from the benefitting 10 million youth falling under special projects which are a part of PMKVY, to be identified and trained
- To connect these youth with livelihood after training so that they can take a new path towards better life
- To balance & fill the gap of industry needs by providing people with required skill sets
- Eradicate unemployment and increasing livelihood through self-employment & other opportunities
